1. TERMS

By browsing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

However Instavant does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Instavant has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Instavant of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. SOCIAL MEDIA

Social Media Integration Features are not to be used for any malicious purposes, otherwise the offending account will be terminated. Termination rests at Instavant's discretion.

8. MODIFICATIONS

Instavant may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

10. MANDATORY UPDATES

Should Instavant require you to update particulars on your end in order to continue ongoing service, you must comply in order to continue receiving that service, otherwise you indemnify Instavant from all consequences resulting in the service termination.

11. Resposibility TO SHOPPERs

Seller must provide adequate customer service to their patrons lest their accounts be put on review and possibly terminated. 
No refunds will be given in such circumstance. 
Sellers are responsible for managing all product information including stock.

12. RESPOSIBILITY TO SHOPPERS

We do not support selling items exceeding 150lbs, adult services or items exceeding 200,000JMD.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Instavant of all legal responsibilities that may arise from your usage of the website/platform. ie.
Instavant is not responsible for any legal or other issues between users of the site, clients, suppliers or others.

14. FUTHER NOTES

The platform is intended to provide a place to market and sell items to make it easier for small businesses to reach customers and manage products. 
However the sellers are ultimately responsible for ensuring all sales are legitimate, including via PayPal.
