What to have ready, how listing works, and how to get good reviews.

What you need

  • A business or personal name to sell under
  • A phone number customers can reach
  • Your ID (and TRN or business registration if you have one)
  • A Jamaican bank account for payouts
  • A few products with clear photos and prices
  • How you'll deliver: courier, Knutsford Express or pickup

Setting up

Sign up once, with Inkress. Inkress checks who you are, then your store can be listed on Instavant. Products, stock and orders are all managed in your Inkress dashboard.

Good listings

Shoppers decide on the photo. One clear product on a plain background, in daylight, beats a busy shot. Write what it is, the size, and what's included.

Getting paid

Every order is paid by card before you ship. Inkress pays out to your bank on its usual schedule.

Reviews

After delivery, your buyer is asked to review. Reply to every review, good or bad: shoppers read the replies too.
