Store policies: what to check before you buy
Every store on Instavant is its own business and sets its own delivery, returns and refunds.
Delivery
How long the store takes to pack your order, which parishes it delivers to, and the fee. The fee for your parish is shown on the Inkress checkout before you pay.
Returns
Whether the store takes returns, for how long after delivery, and what condition the item must be in. Opened cosmetics, food and custom orders usually can't be returned.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Inkress. Once the store approves one, it usually shows on your statement within 5 to 10 working days.
Services and deposits
Tours, cleaners and salons may take payment to hold your booking. Ask the business about cancellations before you pay.
If a store won't help
Tell us. We'll contact the store, and if it can't be put right we'll work with Inkress on a refund.
