What is Instavant?
A marketplace for Jamaican stores and service businesses. You find them here, pay them by card through Inkress, and review them after your order arrives.
How do I pay?
By Visa or Mastercard on the secure Inkress checkout. Payment goes to the store. Each store in your bag is paid separately.
Is Instavant secure?
Card payments are encrypted and handled by Inkress. Stores never see your full card number. More on safe shopping.
How do you protect me from fake stores?
Every store sells through Inkress, with a name and a way to reach them, and card payments only open once Inkress has checked the business.
Why can't I review a store I haven't bought from?
Only paid orders can be reviewed. It keeps fake praise and fake complaints out.
My order hasn't arrived. What now?
Message the store first. If it isn't sorted within 3 days, contact us and we'll step in.
Where are my orders and receipts?
In your Inkress account: portal.inkress.com. Sign in with the email you used at checkout.
