Is Instavant Secure?

We run Instavant on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The AWS cloud infrastructure has been architected to be one of the most secure cloud computing environments available on the planet.

As well as the security features built into the AWS service, we also use 128-bit SSL encryption for all data transfer on the platform and forms as well as daily backups of all your data, in case anything goes wrong.

Do you have a transaction charge?

We do not take a transaction charge from any purchases made on the platform.

How long is the Free Trial?

The free trial lasts for up to 1 month, within that month you may sell up to 100 items free of charge.

What is Instavant?

Instavant is a platform for small businesses and entrepreneurs to showcase their products to our visitors, sell their products and manage their inventory. The platform simplifies taking orders and collecting customer contact information (phone number, name). Customers can review your products helping to build your reputation and get more sales.

How do I use Instavant?

Simply go to the sign up page HERE and select what you want to do, then fill out the info and you're good to go.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes, you may cancel your account and subscription at any time, just email us at support@instavant.com and we'll process, deactivate and then remove your account within 7-14 days. You can choose to reactivate your account during this time.

What payment methods do you offer?

Your customers may pay via PayPal, Credit Card or Direct Payment (at pickup or on Delivery)

How do businesses pay their subscription fee?

We accept payments through PayPal, Credit Card and for those who do not have access to these, we offer the option to pay via Bank Transfer.

How do you protect buyers/patrons from Fake/Bad businesses?

All businesses accounts must be verified before they are able to sell on the website. This reduces the possibility of scamming.
All businesses are reviewed once their customer satisfaction score drops below the approved threshold and their account may be removed from the platform depending on the circumstance.

How do you protect businesses from Fake/Bad customers?

All anonymous Shopper accounts must be verified before they are able to buy on the website. This reduces the possibility of creating fake orders for slandering or harassing businesses.
Businesses will be able to report fake customers to support@instavant.com so that the customer account or transaction can be reviewed and nullified if appropriate.
